We discussed my goals, he asked questions and then designed a regiment to obtain those goals. I appreciated the details he provided in why we were doing exercises a certain way and the order in which we did them. He would also ask how I was doing before we started so he could tailor the routine if I had low energy or push me when he saw I had energy to spare. I never worked harder while working out under his supervision. He is also knowledgable about nutrition and suggested I try certain snacks or buy specific brands that he trusted, all to help me improve my overall health. When we first began working together, he made a point to understand my specific goals and designed a program to help me reach them. During our weekly training sessions, Kosta designs challenging workouts and keeps me motivated despite how difficult they may be. "I trained with Kosta for part of 2018 and he really helped me achieve my fitness goals. Our workouts were always well-planned to keep me challenged and interested. Because of him, I feel 100% more confident in a weight room and in my own upper body weightlifting abilities. Personal trainers can sometimes be a bit pretentious, drink the hype Kool-Aid, or take themselves too seriously. Kosta is not that type of trainer. He's personable, fun to be around, and makes the macho muscleman stuff totally approachable. "Konstantinos, or Kosta as I know him, is a great trainer. I've been working with him for several years. I consider him a fitness guide and a good friend. I've recommended him to friends and family over the years. He currently trains my girlfriend and her mother, too. When we first started training, Kosta focused on building up my flexibility, balance, and core strength. I'd been working out for decades on my own, and I had never recognized the importance of building that foundation. I noticed changes within weeks. I stopped occasionally bumping into things. I could suddenly stand on one leg for a very long time, which makes putting on a pair of pants much easier. My body fat has gone down while my muscle mass has gone up. I'm stronger than I have ever been. I am in the best shape of my life. It takes a lot of work on my part, but Kosta is a great guide. Every workout is different. we never do the same one twice. And he's also good at giving me programs to do on my own when we're not training. Those programs are challenging and force me to give it my all, which is exactly what I need.
